Soul Shine Women’s Retreat

at Sardine Lake Resort

September 14-18th, 2019


Treat yourself to a nourishing retreat at beautiful Sardine Lake Resort, nestled at the base of the Sierra Buttes. Enjoy a retreat full of inspiration, support and reflection with fellow crafters. Let the healing powers of nature fill your soul, with plenty of time to hike, boat, craft and soak in the beauty of the majestic mountains. Let your Soul Shine.


Retreat Details:

Accommodations: Shared accommodations are (2) one room cabins that each sleep 4 and have a full bath and kitchen and a BBQ on the deck.

Price: $720.00

Option 1: Pay in full to secure your spot

Option 2: Pay a deposit of $400.00 to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due no later than July 12th. Registration will open May 4st and will be first come first served.

Cancellations prior to July 12th will receive a full refund. Cancellations after July 12th will not receive a refund unless I have a waiting list and I am able to fill your spot.

Price includes 4 nights shared accommodations and evening meals.

You are responsible for your own breakfast and lunch each day. Simple snacks will be provided. There is a full kitchen in the cabins for your breakfast and lunch supplies. Alcoholic beverages are available but not included in the cost.


Saturday – Arrival Day

3:00 to 4:00pm - check in

4:30 Introductions and orientation followed by dinner

Daily Schedule

6:00am – 6:30 Early Birds – Enjoy this magical quiet time listening to the amazing sounds and smells of the morning

7:00am Inspiration – We will open with an inspiration or thought provoking question followed by time to journal, sketch, read or meditate

8:00 - 9:00am Breakfast

9:00– 12:30ish Group activity – hike, swim, group weaving

12:00 – 1:00pm Lunch

2:00 – 5:00pm Free time – knitting, crafting, boating, reading….

5:00pm Guided reflection each evening

6:00pm Dinner and cocktails (optional)

Wednesday– Departure Day Check out 10am – option for an excursion day into Graeagle. This will be a great time to check out all the shops including a visit to the knit shop.



While we will have a general schedule/plan it is my intention that this gathering focus on enjoying our time together in a supportive nurturing way. This means relaxing, knitting, or doing whatever craft or activity feels right for you each day. Planned events are optional; this retreat is for you. I hope you will join me in a magical setting surrounded by friends and the wonder of nature.
